Education Planning
From middle-school choices to D1 recruitment to degree completion mid-career. We map the academic route that strengthens the athletic one, not the one that costs it.
A sports consultancy that designs, sources, and guides the route from where you are to where you're going — in sport, in the classroom, and in the life you're building alongside both.

EAP designs a pathway for one student-athlete at a time. We've spent years advising families through every stage — the next school, the next club, the first contract, the next level — and every pathway is engineered around the specific athlete in front of us: their level, their ambition, their academic priorities, and the family context they're coming from.
Every athlete's pathway is a combination of three things. We consult across all three — because when they're treated separately, athletes get pulled in the wrong direction, or nowhere at all.
From middle-school choices to D1 recruitment to degree completion mid-career. We map the academic route that strengthens the athletic one, not the one that costs it.
Identifying, evaluating, and helping athletes enter the clubs, programs, and competitive environments that match their level and ambition — and that hold them to a professional standard.
From first contract to career extension. We advise on the decisions that determine which doors open and which close — agent choices, contract windows, league moves, post-career design.
The worst thing a family can do is take a plan that worked for somebody else's kid and assume it'll work for theirs. Athletes develop at different rates. Academic priorities differ. Commercial timing differs. Geography matters. Temperament matters.
Our first question is always the same: who is this athlete, and what does their best possible next five years look like? Everything else is engineered from the answer.
No template recycled from the last family.
Decisions are ours to recommend; they're always yours to make.
We'll tell you when the right answer is no.
Every family we work with starts with a written roadmap — a clear document that names the decisions ahead, the options at each fork, and the criteria that should drive the choice.
Then we're with you as the road unfolds. Coach conversations. School visits. Recruitment calls. Contract reviews. The moments families usually navigate in the dark, we navigate alongside them.

If the pathway you're on isn't carrying you as far or as high as you want to go, and your family is ready to partner with a team that can design, source, and guide the one that will — you're exactly who we were built for.
Start a Conversation →A consultation with our team — no commitment — to understand the athlete's level, goals, and current environment.
A written roadmap naming the decisions ahead and our recommendation at each fork — school, club, competition, contract.
We move through the pathway with you — school to school, club to club, contract to contract — for as long as we're the right fit.
